Wonderful

Liked: smelled so good everytime we walked in hotel as well as in our room.. super clean and welcoming . Loved the fact we can have our fur babies with us and the fee was super reasonable. my go to stop when i go to houston .
Disliked: only thing is i could not get the ac to freeze me lol but thats just me with my hot flashes. but over all nothing else oh elevator slow..lol

Liked: Breakfast was okay. The room was clean.
Disliked: There were no Kleenex in the room. The fridge didn't see to be cold. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning with someone signing at the top of their lungs. The staff was just not very friendly for check in & check out. The person I spoke with over the phone was extremely pleasant. This was a trip for a funeral, it wasn't a pleasure trip.
