Excellent hotel.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we have special needs and the disabled room features were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. Nice well kept breakfast buffet. Also the overall appearance of the hotel was impressive.

Confused and frustrated.

Liked: Clean and nice location.
Disliked: Someone from the front desk took my do not disturb sign and tore it up and left at the door. Next day they took another do not disturb sign. Now I can’t get an invoice for my stay and they charge me twice on my credit card. Did I do something wrong. Tell me. I was trying to enjoy the fair and a concert in Paso Robles.
