Disliked: Dirty toilet, kids banging and running on 3rd floor.

Uncomfortable stay

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Facility was being remodeled so it was very hot and humid in the hotel. Swimming pool was not open the entire stay, gym wasn’t even open as well. I was not happy with my stay, website does not say they are being remodeled or their amenities were available and I spent $600 to stay there. I would have canceled but I felt sorry for the hotel because the first day a lot of people were canceling their booking. The staff was blaming Booking.com for putting them on their website, I don’t know if I believe that, not ever had an issue with any of my bookings until this last time.

Adequate if all you need/want...

Liked: It was quiet and conveniently located
Disliked: I was not told the hot water was out when I arrived. When I tried their free breakfast, the milk tasted sour and there were not many options.

Liked: I liked that they accommodate my room to the bottom floor since I had pets
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t check in to are rooms till 3 we were a bit tired since we drove 6 hours to get there but other that great
