Terrible, -1000/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: Being accused of doing something that I did NOT do & being charged for it. Instead of taking every precaution and checking every source they just charged my card and didn’t care to inform me of the extra charges being taken off my card upon check-out. Just didn’t handle the situation very well, in my opinion could’ve been done more professionally. Staff were rude with the exception of ONE person.

Liked: I like the costs. I like the breakfast. I like the room. It was very comfortable for me and my family.
Disliked: Well, it was an unexpected trip. So the only thing I would have considered was having more bath toiletries in the bathroom.

Liked: The kids definitely utilized the pool and the gym. My husband and I also enjoyed it with them. The staff were super nice and helpful, we would stay here again!
