When in doubt…don’t stick it...

Disliked: When we got there than man working the counter was hateful and shared they didn’t have a room for us, then found a king size bed and when asked where my children would sleep he said kids can sleep on the floor, when I said I just want what I paid for her told me he could just give me my money back and I could go elsewhere. He finally came up with a room that had two beds and told me it says unavailable but he will put me in there and then say we’re in a different room. The room had dirty clothes in it and a dirty towel with hair in it. The beds were made and appeared clean. (I have pics). The AC was sooooo loud and sounded like it was a wind storm and then would squeak so loud (I have a video). We had no internet in our room as well (I have pictures). The pool was green and you couldn’t see the bottom of it. I was the only adult in there with lots of kids that weren’t mine. They were cussing and throwing things and behaving out of control. We had to leave. The floor outside the pool door was soaked and very slick (fall risk). I reported it but nothing was done so I cleaned it up with a towel. Breakfast was white and chocolate donuts like you buy in the little sacks. There was biscuits and gravy, sausage, hard boiled eggs and waffles. Staff weren’t friendly when you asked for things or would let them know things. I doubted if we should stay or not my first night and decided to stay but have learned when in doubt don’t stick it out!!

Liked: Location worked out well for what we needed. Staff was also friendly
Disliked: Breakfast was okay. Selection was pretty limited and not having scrambled eggs or potatoes was disappointing. There were also a few crickets inside the building near the stairs and in our room's bathroom.

Liked: Room is very large and comfortable. Location is good, right off the highway with restaurants etc... nearby.
