Liked: The location was excellent and easy to get to and from everything in Oxford. There was always parking available and the staff were friendly and welcoming enough. It had a very relaxing feel to it We enjoyed seeing the soldiers on the desk, the milk bone treat jar the lolly jar and the fresh cookies.
Disliked: The room was the darkest most unlit we have had so far. Definitely more light is needed in some rooms. Breakfast was good but it ran out very quickly and despite over hearing the staff say that it had run out and they should probably put some more out that did not happen

Liked: The bed was comfy , the pool was nice , location was good .
Disliked: Wasn’t that clean , check in and decided to go swimming . Didn’t have a towels in room they gave us all hand towel . My air conditioner in 203 was really loud it took me a while to fall asleep. The breakfast was okay .

I want my refund for...

Disliked: I booked the room and was charged for TWO rooms. I only needed and wanted one. SAME ROOM--CHARGED TWICE. SAME DATE, CHECK IN TIMES, EVERYTHING. I can't get any help on getting my refund!
