Liked: Everything went well, beds were great, breakfast was fantastic!!!!!
Disliked: the hair dryer in room 113 didn’t work

Adequate but won't return unless...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy using online system.
Disliked: Carpeting throughout hotel was stained and dirty. Exterior was filthy; windows and siding needed to be washed. Room smelled stale. Tub had dirty/stained caulk. Base boards were dirty and screwed on with drywall screws.

Good value. Will sray here...

Liked: Close to freeway, hot breakfast selection was good
Disliked: Seems like front desk person might have too many extra responsibilities because both check-in & check-out no one was behind the counter. Faucet could use more water flow.

Ideal bolt hole

Liked: Spacious rooms, well air conditioned
Disliked: Breakfast area was quite small. Some large potholes in the car park

Bad

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: We woke up to find out the comforter that we had slept in all night had a large blood stain on it. It was very disgusting. The manager did give us a full refund.

The positives outweigh the negatives

Liked: The inside was clean
Disliked: The outside needed attention. The lot has pot holes. There was garbage by the side doors. The weeds are out of control. If you can get past all that, the inside is clean and the rooms are comfortable.
