Disliked: Closest Elevator to our room was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Would rather have a hot breakfast.

Liked: I like the location, it's close to all attractions and restaurants. Most stuff was walking distance.
Disliked: The hotel was nice but it look like who ever is cleaning the rooms is not doing a good job, our room was very dusty.

Disliked: Where to begin ...Ok, let's start on arrival. We checked into our room and went to the elevator to go to our room. As soon as we left the lobby , the age of this hotel was apparent. Old carpet, aged doors. When we got to the elevator, we experienced the SLOWEST elevator ever. The door opens like someone is turning a crank as it makes a loud scraping noise. After the long 4-floor ride, we got to our room. It is hot in Florida, so we turned on the AC. It is WEAK. If you put it on the highest setting, your room may reach 70 degrees Fahrenheit by the time you go to bed. But no lower.I was going to take a bath to relax. The tub looks old (of course) and dirty. The stopper didn't even "stop" any water. It just slowed it a bit. Room has no fridge. Room has no microwave. The TV is the size of a large computer monitor and didn't work well. You had to turn it on and off multiple times to get the screen to come up. I forgot my computer mouse at home. So I overnighted one from Amazon. The package was delivered to the front desk. The front desk charged me $5 to receive my $8 package from Amazon. Let me say that again, THE FRONT DESK CHARGES $5 TO PUT A PACKAGE UNDER THE DESK UNTIL YOU ASK FOR IT. NOTHING MORE!Breakfast was also terrible. I was not expecting much and was somehow STILL disappointed. Hard-boiled eggs, make your own waffles, some apples, oranges, and yogurt. I opted for a bagel. I toasted it in their marginally functional toaster and grabbed a pack of cream cheese. However, they only have spoons ... no knives. This was the case the entire time we were there. I had to spread cream cheese with the back of a spoon. Coffee is not bad. Unfortunately, all they have as creamer is non-dairy stuff in a pump. Hard pass. Good: It was cheap.Bad: You are reminded of that fact at every turn.

Comfortable but had to compromise...

Disliked: The hotel was not in a renovated building. I found a tick on the made up bed which I flushed into the toilet
