I would never ever stay...

Liked: The staff was awesome
Disliked: The building is severely damaged and old. The room smelled like tobacco. All of the lamps/lights were saturated with tobacco tar. The bathroom floor baseboards were cracking and crumbling from the wall. The refrigerator freezer was not clean. The counter in the bathroom had toothpaste stuck on it. The bathroom mirror is old and peeling on the bottom, etc.

My day was pretty decent....

Liked: Guy at the front desk was really nice great customer service
Disliked: I don’t like the fact the A/C didn’t blow cold air out. Also didn’t like the fact that the sheets were dirty. The shower was dirty and the toilet was dirty. Walls seemed to be a bit dirty as well
