La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Airport North

Very friendly staff and I had a great time. Best hotel I have stayed in.

Liked: Sunrise and looking out from the window seeing the airport and stores that were close by.
Disliked: None.

Liked: I didn’t try the breakfast
Disliked: The staff were completely incompetent. When we arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, they gave us the wrong location and we waited 45 minutes. When we called again, they said just to get an Uber and they would reimburse us which they didn’t. The second night they put us in a room where the air conditioning was broken. When my husband went downstairs to tell them he saw posted a note on the desk with our room number that said the air conditioning is broken and the attendant didn’t even see it. They put us in another room and when I went to open the closet, there was a ton of luggage left in the room. I brought it downstairs and let the attendant know. At 11 o’clock we were just about to fall asleep and had to get up for 4 AM flight when the attendant started banging on our door and tried to bust it open rather than just knocking. We got up and the gentleman that was staying in the room the night before wanted his luggage. I looked at the same attendant and said I brought it down to you and she didn’t even remember.

Very much worth the money...

Liked: The value is great , I loved the free shuttle, free breakfast. The room was very clean comfortable and did not smell like smoke; it’s listed as a smoke free facility.
Disliked: The breakfast area was very small and could not accommodate all the guest for sitting but there was plenty of food for everyone.

I'm back next year.

Disliked: Elevator was scary! Thought it was going to break down onus. Hotel was showing its age. Needs updates.

This is a wonderful hidden...

Liked: The staff was helpful and the pool and rooms spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My daughter enjoyed everything at this hotel and the clean playground next to the hotel was an added bonus. Will be staying again.
Disliked: Only setbacks was you can only check in at 3 pm and that was a bummer when you get to the hotel in the morning
