Hot water, hot air but...

Liked: Clean and updated.
Disliked: The shower faucet wasn’t working - it only did super hot water. The in-unit AC also didn’t work great. It couldn’t cool down the room. We were only in the room for a quick 10 hour turnaround between layover flights so we didn’t bother to report these issues to the staff. Had we planned to stay longer we probably would have switched rooms so we could shower without 2nd degree burns.

Liked: Price was good for what we got. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was no soap, soap dishes or the extra towels we wanted. The breakfast was not what we expected. Very little to choose from. The girl at the front desk didn't bother to let us know anything. We had to ask when breakfast was. There was no information in the room as to when it was either. No tv channel list. Nothing to help with our visit. We found the do not disturb sign in the closet. One of the chairs to sit in was so dirty otherwise the room was clean.

Liked: Breakfast area nice set up.. Ice machine worked. Entry area with microwave and fridge.Spacious room.
Disliked: Refrigerator had temp. dial busted off.Toilet seat broke replaced with wrong seat standard instead of elongated. Refrigerator froze all foods! Outside door on North side did not work never fixed whole time there for a week. Difficult for all especially handicapped....we were there a week. Threshold too high in bathroom for wheels to get over. Tile in bathroom filthy. Needing pressure washer to clean.Elevator not working properly.Outlet on lamps worn out.Cigarette smoke last day we were there in room.Coming from downstairs or through air conditioner
