Liked: The staff was very customer oriented, so everything else flowed well: 1) Breakfast, 2) Cleanliness, and, 3) Response to customer needs.
Disliked: The road to the hotel was difficult to find and hard to negotiate.

Disliked: It needs to be cleaned better. Both the rooms and common spaces need a deep clean and some face lifting to keep the hotel updated. The breakfast was not good. The items were limited and because of the updates needed and cleanliness issue, I would not eat there. The front desk guy checking people in was so friendly but the other staff with him just sat on their phone without acknowledging me, so I waited for a guest to check in to then ask the front desk person for pool towels. The A/C unit was very loud. It woke me up at night and was so loud, it kept me awake.
