Disliked: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not as AdvertisedI arrived at this property around 2:00 AM after a delayed trip, only to be met with an unprofessional and rude front desk clerk. Despite this being a non-smoking facility, the attendant had a cigarette in her mouth while assisting me — which was not only unprofessional but also in direct violation of the hotel’s own policies.I requested a late check-out (which was listed as an option for an additional fee), but was flatly denied due to short staff. The property itself looks nothing like the photos online. The air conditioning barely functioned, and although I booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke and mildew. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility were unacceptable — it was simply gross and my first floor window doesn't seem to lock.I only needed a few hours of rest before continuing my drive, but even that proved difficult under these conditions. I will be checking out before breakfast and will absolutely not return. This was one of the most disappointing lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

Liked: The location was good - although it was a bit of a distance from the university, access was easy and the cost savings well worth it. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the simple breakfast as expected. There is a chain restaurant in easy walking distance. The staff was great and thoughtful. I had to leave one night early due to a family emergency and they refunded my final night.
Disliked: There is no elevator to the second floor (ok for me but may be difficult for some). The lighting in the room was poor and the darkest area was the desk where I had to work.
