Weird...

Liked: The young man who checked us in was friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfasts were terrible even though it was sort of standard fair. Sausage daily. Either hash browns or tater tots and the only eggs were hard boiled, but on the last day there were none. The breakfast staff sat in the dining area and watched people, staring.There were many dogs on our floor and guests were letting them piddle in the hall and elevator. My husband cleaned up after one. He did not want anyone to think it was our 10 pound dog that he carries in and out. The toilets flushed so loudly if another guest flushed we could hear and it woke us up. Our toilet was so loud that if I flushed it, it startled me. My husband and I agreed not to flush at night so we wouldn't wake each other up. Most of the lights did not work and many outlets did not work. It was difficult to find 2 to charge our phones.The whole place had a weird uncomfortable vibe.

Liked: Loved it staff was friendly and wonderful until the last day but when I brought the issue up to the manager she made sure it was right.
Disliked: When I asked the front desk for a comb, since I forgot ny hair brush, the kid laughed at me and said you can go to the store fot that

Liked: I absolutely love breakfast. the pool is never packed I enjoy sit out late by the pool . I choose this hotel every time I come the okc .

Liked: The Staff was so friendly

Let down

Liked: The facility was moderately clean. Staff were reactionary not pro-active. Fair value for the money. Good pool.
Disliked: Maintenance was shoddy at best. Reported problems that were never fixed. Housekeeping adequately did their job but did not take pride in ownership. Towels were picked up but had to be retrieved for the front desk. Overall the impression was not one of enjoying coming to work, but I'm here so yeah.

Liked: The 2 ladies were great. I don't remember their names, but they recommended the taco restaurant in the same parking lot and even suggested some of their favorite dishes. Breakfast was good
Disliked: The coffee wasn't great.
