Very good

Liked: Outstanding staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The bathroom has rust around the faucets. As a boomer, I would prefer a shower and not have to step over a tub wall. However, the towels and amenities were great.

Great hotel

Liked: Wonderful staff. Steve, the manager and Alejandra on the desk worked very hard to fix the issues with Booking.comWe will stay there next time in OK.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful with the hotel. All problems were caused by Booking.com

Disliked: Air conditioning leaked all night long in the floor!! Flooded the room and it smelled awful!!!
