First 4 rooms had issues.

Disliked: Property was fairly worn out. Outside are unkempt. Room across the hall had smoke alarm going off for hours with no one fixing it.

Disliked: Need new beds. Maybe I was given a room with bad beds, unknowingly. Didn't sleep well but other than that a pleasant experience.

Liked: Rooms were very dark for sleeping (except for the light from the microwave, I had to cover that) a/c worked great. Bathtub was clean.
Disliked: Door sticks when trying to open it (room 118)
