Liked: The location was nice, room was clean, and the people were nice.
Disliked: my key did not work, swiped it like 30 times for it to work once, maintenance came and tried to clean the door lock, changed the battery and eventually changed the whole door knob/lock. our TV didnt work either. There was a big storm that came through the night before so it knocked out some service. We were eventually moved to another room where the door locks and key worked but the tv was still out. once we reported it, it was on within about 30 mins. It was a little frustrating but the people were super nice and accommodating and got us moved into another room.

Disliked: Loud teenagers at pool 9am

Peaking In

Liked: Convenient to airport and graduation location.
Disliked: Asked for late checkout of 1pm. Housekeeping and maintenance both tried to enter the room prior to my checkout. What makes this worse is that the maintenance man peaked in and saw me in my bra and panties. This situation was only addressed because I made several phone calls to Booking and the Hotel Manager June. While the $30 late checkout fee credit is appreciated. I feel more of a credit is due, like 1 night, because I didn't get the rest, privacy, and basic customer service I deserved from the staff.

Excellent! Very clean and great...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast as I am not usually one to wake up before 9am. Room was clean, well maintained, very cold which helps add to comfort when sleeping. No one wants to sleep on a hot stuffy room. The hotel had a very “clean” refreshing smell to it. I appreciate that because other hotels I have stayed at just don’t smell clean. So I worry. But this place was great. Much appreciation to staff and cleaning staff. Job well done!
