Lack of communication / Room...

Disliked: We were charged an additional $150 after we checked out, and the reason we discovered this was through our credit card statement. HOTEL staff did not call us or inform us of a problem, and when we called they claimed that the TV was broken and that they charged us to repair the TV. When staying there we didn’t even use the TV and felt it was unprofessional of them to not communicate this proactively or directly.

Liked: It was a quiet stay, usually when I stay in okc there is a bunch of homeless people around the hotels. I didn’t see any of that and I loved getting to see the geese that the owner feeds to keep them around. It’s nice
Disliked: I didn’t dislike anything

Enjoyable overnight stay and great...

Liked: Love that they have hard flooring through out the room and the new shades block all the light! Bed and pillows were comfy and clean
Disliked: They are still doing some remodeling so there is some construction. Occasional road noise from the interstate so I may have asked for a room on the backside had I thought of that
