Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful
Disliked: Hot water in shower didn't stay hot. Beds were not very comfortable. Not enough pillows and pillows were small. Fridge in room barely chilled drinks.

Liked: Great staff, very friendly. Lots of breakfast options. Great area.
Disliked: It’s a no smoke hotel but everyone stands outside and smokes so when you walk in you’re inhaling a bunch of cigarette smoke. Not the staff or hotels fault.

Very Disappointed

Liked: I couldn't tell you about the breakfast when we checked in was told one time and when the next morning it was a different time. There was a lot people not happy about it. I have never had it happen before. When I travel or need to stay some where I stay with La Quinta Very disappointed this time.
Disliked: When we checked in the person at the front desk not friendly at all not a hello or welcome it was like yep, I have a job. Then the same way when we left the guy behind the corner never even stood up to check us out, I don't know if he even did, he was to busy leaning back in his chair. I ask if I could please get a check out of paper like I have always got from La Quinta they don't do that here I am like what. Don't even get me started on the room There was paint peeling off the celling and around the tub was black stuff not sure what it was. you can tell the part of the wall was replace not big deal. Have you ever walked into a place, and it feels dirty there was not even a clean smell to the room. I have never ever had this was La Quinta I will not be back to this location. This all may not sound like much but much I stay with this company it was a letdown and nowhere up to this company standers this location.

Liked: Easy to access
Disliked: The sink wouldn’t drain. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. Even with the storm that took the power out nothing was done to compensate for not having power for the 2 days we were there. And no one tried to fix the bathroom.
