Disliked: Only thing be better is to fire the shuttle driver that was there Saturday night his name is either Justin or Jason. The police are looking for him now for assault and battery. I'm 70 years old with leukemia and just had back surgery

Hot/Cold/frustrating.

Liked: The location and staff were very good.
Disliked: Extremely disappointed that the temperature controls in the room did not work. If the air conditioner was on it kept cooling no matter what temperature was set. If heating, it continued to heat regardless of the thermostat setting. Could no sleep due to constantly getting up to turn on/off the heater/air conditioner. Wi-Fi was not working at all. I was unable to accomplish what I needed that evening because I had no internet access in the room due to Wi-Fi not working. Reported to desk and was told they would inform manager, but could no do anything to help.
