Don't believe everything you see,...
Liked: The location was perfect for my reason being in the O'Fallon area to visit terminal ill sister.
Disliked: As soon as we walked in, the lobby had a musty smell, thought it was from the pool. The elevator was dirty. Our room's curtains had water marks, smelled and had roaches crawling, there was enough dirt under the bed that all one had to do was add water and you'd make mud. Very disappointing after driving 15 hours. We left immediately. My cc was charged for room rate and a $100 damage deposit ( For a room we haven't even entered yet) on June 13,25. After returning to the reception desk, I was told 3 to 5 business days for my refund. I returned on June 22, 2025 and was told it would be 9 working days. Today is June 26th and I've yet to receive my money credited to my card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As my wife so strongly suggested that maybe next time I should read reviews. I'm just sorry I didn't take photos. Sincerely Louis L.
