Liked: Pretty far off I-20, but quite a few nice places to eat nearby. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Strangely, this La Quinta shares a parking lot with another La Quinta so it's somewhat difficult to tell which one we were booked for.

Disliked: The facilities are VERY old. There was rust and limescale in the shower head. The walls had stains on them and the whole room smelled like wet carpet. The elevator didn’t work and as per the front desk hasn’t worked in a while. Pool doesn’t really work. Breakfast was fine except that employees were having breakfast with the guests in the morning, found that a little unprofessional.
