The people at the front...
Liked: I really enjoyed being just a little bit down from the crowd, the kids could play in the pool without feeling like they might bump into someone. Nice hot tub & breakfast , the view at night & morning were amazing
Disliked: I chose this location for the price , breakfast, the Brand , location & the pool . It’s a toss up if I would stay again or pay the extra . Sheets should be tossed ( no longer white & stains show ), either deep clean the stains on the couch or toss it . Fixing the Parking area out front could really improve curb appeal.

Terrible cleanliness, terrible customer service
Liked: Nothing, my stay was a nightmare, the breakfast was not enough for all the guests, before 10am there was nothing to eat, and they did not stock the lack. People who were not guests came from the beach and filled the pool for which I paid. The parking spaces are insufficient, I had to park more than 5 nights crossing the street and crossing 4 super busy roads with my baby.
Disliked: My reservation was from June 27/July 5, I reported from my first day that the bathtub is clogged , it takes more than 30 minutes to drain the water in the shower, which makes us delay each departure more than 2 hours because we are 4 people. They haven't fixed it yet, (July 4th). On the night of July 2nd, my 2 year old baby vomited in the middle of the night on the bed, the vomit go through the sheet, mattress protector and mattress. I reported the incident to the front desk at 10pm,and at 9 am I requested a room service because my Room smell of vomit, and all the bedding is dirty. When we return to the room at 3.45pm We found a totally dirty room, no one had cleaned it. The manager does not offer us a solution, and the receptionist's response was very rude:that I NEED TO figure it out and clean it up By MYSELF, because the housekeeping is already gone. I CONSIDER IT A LACK OF RESPECT BECAUSE I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE SINCE 9 AM, THEY HAVE FORCED A 2-YEAR-OLD BABY TO SLEEP IN A DIRTY ROOM CONTAMINATED WITH BODILY FLUIDS. I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, MUCH LESS WITH BOOKING.COM, no one protects you as a client.****I'm adding photos of the clogged bathtub, and the bedding that went unchanged for over 2 days*****
