I would not recommend this...

Liked: The view was stunning. Everyone was super nice that worked there and the fact that there was a hot breakfast was a added bonus
Disliked: On Saturday the elevator tore up. I wasn’t in it. But I can’t do three flights of stairs. So I was in my room pretty much the whole day and could not go and do anything with my family. I have very bad knees and a bad back so with the elevator out there was nothing I could do. The inspection sticker inside the elevator expired a year ago. It didn’t sound good at all. So. Even Sunday I stayed in the room till we left. I feel like for nearly 600 dollars for 3 nights I got a little ripped off. Friday was good. But that was it. That elevator isn’t safe. And even though the room was clean I should have been able to get out of it. The hotel was packed by then. Saturday night there were people on the first floor partying by the pool and the lounge area They ended up in very loud screaming matches. Threats were being made and we had to get the children inside to keep them out of harm’s way. No one ever came to break it up. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Nor did the drink machine on the first floor. It was beautiful but very poorly maintained. I would not go back again nor would I recommend any of my family or friends to go there. Beautiful but unsafe. I feel like I could have taken my family to one of the 65 dollar a night local motels and got what I paid for. I’m very disappointed in this La Quinta. My first bad experience at one. A very expensive bad experience.

Liked: Staff in the front desk checked us in she had given 1st floor, it was dirty and bugs were their, we asked her to give another room, she immediately said yes and then asked reason was there an issue.
Disliked: Room was dirty, smell and sheets were not changed from previous stay, it wasn't fresh.

Liked: I like the fact that the 2 rooms we had were side by side. The rooms were close to the pool. They had free breakfast. They were pretty lienant about extending the pool later than it said. Location was in a pretty good spot. You could have pets and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. I like you could park extra cars close by.
Disliked: They didn't clean the room every day(like trash and sweep and exchange towels).They were letting people that had dogs poop in the grass by the deck by the pool even tho it says no dogs on grass(so my kids couldn't play in the grass) (which we told them and they said the people will just say they are service dogs, but I have a service dog and they still have to follow where dogs are allowed to potty. we had to constantly ask for towels even when we put our dirty ones outside the door like we were told to do. Wish the pool was open till midnight and dusk(which yes sometimes they kept it open later than dusk).Shower head in shower wasn't very good.Breakfast foods were the same everyday. The eggs weren't very good. And the only yogurt they had was digestive yogurt. Wish they had pancakes and cherrios.
