The perfect beach vacation with...
Liked: Shout out to Anika and Miguel. They were very instrumental to my family having the perfect vacation with dogs. They both went above and beyond and should get a raise for a job well done. The hotel is pet friendly and two blocks from the beach. Although my 85 year old mother couldn't navigate well to the sand, she truly enjoyed seeing the ocean from our room.
Disliked: We wished the restaurant was open on the weekdays for breakfast.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It’s dirty and my room was being redone. Painting was not finished and holes in walls where fixtures were taken done.

Was NOT like the web-site...
Liked: Close to the beachClose to restaurants.Easy to get aroundExcept dogs
Disliked: The facility was very dirty. The room you can tell that they were trying to fix some things that did not work out. Faucet was off the wall in the bathroom. Every time someone would take a shower, it will flood, it was leaking through the walls. The lack of AC was not great. Hot.. sweating at night. Very dirty hallways, nobody likes to vacuum /sweep. It was disgusting. You did not see one breakfast attendant in the morning. trying to stock or Anything, things are very low or empty. The pull out bed only had a fitted Sheet on it. Good thing my kids brought blankets and pillows. There was no spares in the drawers for them. The couch was ripped up , and I was afraid to let them sleep in it.. ( Suggestion... you should keep a small broom in every room. So we can sweep up sand off the floors) We ended up leaving on our last day, like 4am. Because we were uncomfortable and hot, ..

Absolutely the worst accommodations!
Liked: Location was very convenient
Disliked: The hallways smell like urine. The room floor was filthy. We actually took a towel and wetted it and mopped our own floor. The bathroom shampoo/soap dispenser was empty. Asked for it to be filled in the morning. That evening it still hadn’t been filled. The toilet handle stuck so it constantly ran. The bath faucet dripped the entire time. The complimentary breakfast was pitiful. Eggs, sausage, waffle batter and coffee were always empty. If you asked the attendant she would bite your head off for asking for anything. Ice dispenser on 3rd floor was always out of service and there was no fresh water available. It’s a hotel that allows dogs and the guests who bring dogs allow them to bark all day and all night long.

See my likes and dislikes.
Liked: We really enjoyed the pool. We have young grandchildren and they could reach the bottom throughout the pool. The pool and pool deck were clean. The view was nice. The location allowed us to walk everywhere.
Disliked: That for 7 people they only give one parking pass. No balcony furniture. Floors were dirty and tacky feeling. There were only 4 towels, until we requested more, and the reservation was for 7 people. Almost $500/night is the price you can pay for a luxury hotel out of the country.

You don't get what you...
Liked: I did not end up getting breakfast there. But there are few pros of this place. The main one is obviously location. You're technically beachside even though the hotel behind it which is the Hilton Hotel, is beachside, so you have to walk a little bit but you're technically on the main side of the beach. You're also walking distance to many restaurants, shops Jolly Rogers. And mini golf. It was also dog friendly which helped because we brought our dog and it had treats at the front desk and an area outside for them to do their business.
Disliked: The main issue with this place was the Wi-Fi. I'd expect a hotel that's $200+ a night to have at least decent Wi-Fi. We would connect, use it for a minute, and then it would disconnect. I discussed with front desk and even texted customer service and nothing ever got resolved. It also didn't help that the hotel did not have good cellular service. I had Verizon and my friend had. T-Mobile. Another con was the pool it was very small and only 3ft depth.
