Will not stay at this...

Liked: The size of the room. The location.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean. Some dog or child pooped and someone left a dirty rag on the floor in the hallway that I assume they tried wiping it up and it sat there in the hallway for two days along with another towel and some trash. The restroom by the pool was out of TP in three of three stalls. I asked for some TP and the front desk gave me a roll. I assumed she would go in and fill up the stalls with TP after I left but I went back in after a few hours and they still weren’t filled and it was only 6:30pm. They ran out of bath towels at 11:00 am and we had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours for towels which I had to go down and pick up. There was no blanket for the hide a bed when we checked in so I called the front desk and again I had to go down and get it… The staff at the front desk were not familiar with any of the attractions or in recommending any places to eat. They just said umm I don’t know. Very unhelpful and not friendly at all. The breakfast hot food was terrible! The sausage was so overdone you couldn’t even bite into it, the potatoes were stuck together and hard. No fresh fruit. Second day we stuck to cereal and toast. We were very disappointed.

Disliked: It could have been cleaner with the floors in several areas. Every room has a balcony but no chairs to sit on balcony so really they’re pointless to have

Loved it and we will...

Liked: The beds were so comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Clean hotel and nice location. One block away from beach. Hotel was quiet on the 4th floor. The staff was nice and friendly. Check in and checkout process smooth! The breakfast was hot and lots of variety!
Disliked: We didn’t have any problems so I can’t think of anything
