Liked: Location was ok , breakfast was horrible. The staff that check us in was unprofessional while the staff checked us out was very nice and professional. The room has an odoour. It's smell like the sheets where not changed pro to our checking in . It's really a sad experience. Ruined our vacation.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the location that it was in!
Disliked: The room was dirty. We switched our room 3 times! My daughter and I ended up getting bedbug bites. That was the worst thing that happened. Other than that, I purchased a amusement park card from them and when we arrived at the amusement park we were told that there were no credits on the card!! I had to spend more money to purchase a wristband for my daughter! When we returned to the hotel, I went to the front desk to inform Miguel. He told me I would have to wait until the next morning to speak to Gabby and she would refund me. Well, I when I went to guest services the next day I was told that Miguel knew Gabby was off that morning and that he himself was also a manager amd he could have refunded me but he chose not to. The woman then contacted Gabby and was told to take a pic of my debit card. The woman took a pic of my debit card wit her cellphone to send to Gabby!! Unbelievable! To make matters even worse, I still have not been refunded after all this time. I would never stay at La Quinta again. It was the absolute worse hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I am in the process of speaking to an attorney to see if I can sue for the experience I had especially after being bitten all over my legs, stomach and arms by bedbugs!

Disliked: Common areas were dirty. The pool area is not well maintained. The room could seiner been cleaner. The floor looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. No furniture out on the balcony patios.
