Disliked: Restaurant and bar were closed during the week and we were not told prior to booking. Did not see housekeeping all week.

No to La Quinta

Liked: We enjoyed how comfortable and cozy the beds were and being so close to the beach was lovely.
Disliked: For some reason the hotel charged us an extra 75.20 that's currently pending along with a $25 dollar early check in charge. When we were in the process of checking out, a staff member with no knocking at all just barged into our room and when she realized what she had done she ran back to the front, after making the statement we needed to get out and it only being 10am. When we got to the front and she realized we had twins with us and our oldest 9 year old, she said..oh you have your hands full, sorry about coming in the computer checked out all our guest we thought the room was empty, but when asked how come she didn't stay to explain that she just dismissed it and said sorry again. They were quite unpleasant to be around. I don't think when visiting Ocean City for our family holiday we'll visit them again. I'm currently waiting for all the illegal charges to process through my bank so I can definitely file them in error and proof I paid for the hotel along with some extra $25 charge the young lady wrote on our paper which I found odd because prior to checking in a young man was there who told us they could definitely accommodate us with no extra charge to us, yet we got charge anyway just about an extra $100 bucks is pending even after the hotel was paid for. Just not a pleasant staff there. Don't recommend this place for families.
