Disliked: Hallway smelled really bad. Almost like there was a draft from the dumpster outside or something.

Liked: The location was great, and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The pool area was a mess. There were food boxes left out over night, used towels were left everywhere. When we requested new towels for the pool area, they never arrived. I cleaned the pool area myself (OCD) and even had to fish some pepperoni out of the pool. Sand was all over the floor of our room and the furniture was very wobbly and cheap. The common bathroom in the lobby was not cleaned our whole stay. The same fake nail and wad of used toilet paper remained on the floor each day. The free breakfast was awful, and the back room that they were "preparing" the food in was definitely not sanitary (a card table set up in what looked like a storage room). In the parking garage, we found human feces, used napkins and men's underware right next to my husband's truck. We moved the truck, then notified staff and supplied them with a photo because they brushed it off as an animal's doing. I informed them that animals do not typically wipe. They told me someone would clean it up. That never happened, though I don't really blame anyone for that. Nobody could pay me enough to clean that up.

Helpful Staff

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My family loved the pool location and it was warm and relaxing. The restaurant was delicious and the hotel location was great.
Disliked: The first room we were in was very warm and uncomfortable. The thermostat wasn't working and it was cooler in the hallway and the television wasn't working also. My husband and I went to the front desk and one of the employees, a curly haired young man, switched our rooms. The new room was much cooler and he also checked to see if the television was working great. He made sure that our stay was more comfortable and better.

Liked: I liked being near the beach and having a balcony
Disliked: The room smelled like mold. We had to keep the door open frequently to try and get the smell out. The floors looked dirty and comforter had a stain on it.

Liked: The only good thing was that it was only a block from the beach.
Disliked: The floors were filthy in the room and in the halls. The room and bathroom were moldy and humid. Because it was so humid, the sheets felt wet. The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit options or tongs to pick foods up with, so everyone was handling the food items.The door was so hard to open because it was stuck, every time! The stopper wasn't connected to anything, so we had to find something to pry to the stopper out of the sink. The internet was a joke, it kept going in and out! I cant believe we paid what we did for such a crap room.
