was very disappointed with house...

Disliked: when i first checked in was given card keys to a dirty room , house keeper had me waiting while she called supervisor and had to go back down cod a different room , i checked in friday morning paid an extra 50 dollars for early check in . never once for my stay did they go into my room to clean or give clean towels and room had a very bad odor

Liked: The location was convenient. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Other than the carpet, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: The common areas of the hotel such as the elevator and halls were very dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The carpet in halls and in our room were dirty and in need of a good shampooing.

Disliked: the desk clerk was very rude at check in then there was a baseball tournament there and we could not even get to the pool. the room was hot the door lock mechanism was messed up. I have stayed on other occasions, and it was a lot better.

Liked: Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE
Disliked: They do not keep up with maintenance. Dirty carpet, wall paper torn, doors need some painting. Breakfast can be improved

Liked: Front desk attendant tried hard to accommodate.
Disliked: All rooms are pet friendly. The room smelled like animals had urinated and carpet had stains. Hotel needs to be updated.
