Disliked: They just walk in the room when they feel like it. Manager included. FOR NO REASON and didnt even try and apologize for it. Instead had me trespassed whr I complained. I am filing formal report with loal sheriffs office.

Liked: Close to the freeway
Disliked: It was under renovation while we were there and the rooms that were renovated were trash. The first room they gave us the card key did not work and there was a large dog in the room next to us. We asked to change rooms. They sent us to the newly remodeled top floor and we had a loud family next to us. Our shoes stuck to the floor. The refrigerator looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. The bathroom was nasty. We ended up not staying. The best part was, since we went through Booking, we could not get our money back because they said we needed to go through the app to get it back. The app said we needed to go through the hotel. So here we are out of money and didn’t sleep at the hotel

Liked: The King Deluxe Suite was very spacious and relaxing. The facility although under remodeling was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Housekeeping needs to be retrained. Entered my room without notice before check out.

Disliked: The place was disgusting there was black mold and the walls were dirty the only thing it look like they did was change the sheet there painting over black mold instead of removing and treating in I have video and pictures I will be submitting to corporate I will never stay here again sorry

Very disappointed

Liked: Good Breakfast.Unfortunately, they took down before 9:30 as told in check in. I had to hurry and make place to take up to family so they didn’t miss it.
Disliked: The Hotel was remodeling so it was a little annoying. Then we went down for a swim only to be told they were closing pool for pressure washing the building on a holiday weekend. I was disappointed and if It had been brought to our attention before booking we would have stayed somewhere else. The pictures posted on the internet were not at all what it looked like. No gym! Very disappointed. Hallways were hot. The air in room 405 never got cold during the night!!
