Rip off steal your money

Disliked: I booked the room online and they charged me $15 when I got there the clerk charge me another $50 on my credit card and never got reimbursed it's a rip-off scam and I will be reporting it

Okay option for visiting Dallas...

Liked: Spacious rooms and bathroom. Comfy beds. Located near Tanger outlet. Breakfast included is okay to start the day. Large fridge and safe in room. Good water pressure in shower.
Disliked: Warm / cold water in sink was installed the opposite way and hardly any pressure. The elevator bell is extremely loud and wakes you up at night which is unacceptable. Power outlets in bedlight did not function. Staff resets airco to hotel standard of 60f so when returning room feels like a fridge. Ridiculous and not environmentally friendly.

My stay was okay but...

Liked: Location was great, gas stations, car wash, and restaurants are close to the hotel.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold! If you have little ones, the water is too cold for them. The listing mentions heated pool but was not heated, even in this hot weather the water was not warm. Room was okay, a few stains on the carpet, walls, and tub. The door to our room was not sealed.
