Disliked: A/C wasn’t cooling the room and was very noisy. We didn’t sleep well at all

Liked: Close off the interstate for travellers
Disliked: There was something wrong with the aircon which made the entire room wet. The bed sheets were wet, the floor was wet, there was water dripping off the walls. We tried to dry the floor with a towel and it was filthy. Bathrooms need better cleaning and the lock on the door didn’t work. We paid in full on Booking.com yet they insisted we hadn’t and tried to charge us again until we persisted. We’ve been travelling full time for 6 months and this was the worst place we’ve stayed.

Liked: The staff was very rude at check out. I cooked something in the microwave that morning and they didn't like the way it smelled and talked about us bad, to us and about us among each other.

Liked: Worst experience i have ever had with a hotel. Cockroaches all over. The beds were filthy. The floors were sticky and covered in dirt. The overall look of the room was awful. And to top it off when I first went to open the door, the door know fell off!! This place needs to be shut down by state health inspectors.
Disliked: The whole experience was terrible. After all the issues I described to the front desk they still wouldn't give me a refund. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Disliked: Never got my deposit back ,paid with cashapp so i should have gotten it when we checked out but I didn't call them about the issue to let the front office know the payment was still pending only 1out of 2rms was cleared,but the other rm + my 150 deposit was pending still & still shows $399 pending but every other payment like my bill all pending but cleared the same day so no issues wit my cashapp never did til I pay them ,never will go stay ther again!!

Disliked: No clean towels and no help from front desk
