Liked: It was a beautiful and large room. Beautiful decor. Great bed. I wish all your hotels had this room.
Disliked: I pay a dog fee because I brought a dog. But do the repairs from the past dogs. Two doors had dog scratches on them. Keep a can of paint around. Sand the area and paint over the scratches. It dries fast.

Adequate, but not up to...

Liked: The first room we were given was not properly cleaned with assorted trash in plain view on the bedroom floor and dried urine on the porcelain part of the toilet (not the seat). The staff was apologetic and provided us with a cleaner room down the corridor but the experience left us wondering what else was not properly cleaned - sheets, towels, other surfaces?
