Nice visit; my son enjoyed it.

Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: They wanted my drivers license and phone number in addition to credit card. No hotel ever asks that. Could hear people in the other room.

Liked: Room was good.
Disliked: I completed the online pre-registration which was a total waste of time and effort. The staff said they do not receive that information and I had to do a complete registration in person.Also, the control for the tub/shower was leaking and not functioning properly during our stay.

Great location, but dirty bathrooms

Liked: The property looked nice from outside the building. Great location, Norfolk.
Disliked: The bathroom was filthy! Was scared to take my shoes off in the room after seeing the bathroom.

Great quality at a great...

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of amenities and superb breakfast. And all these within a great price range. However, what I liked best was the working personnel. We had an issue because we booked two rooms by accident, and even though we made a non refundable reservation, they still refunded the full price for one of the rooms that we didn't need.
Disliked: Nothing really. It was even above my expectations.
