Disliked: Elevator didn't work; not enough seating for breakfast.

I will definitely stay here again next time I come to a concert!

Disliked: Vending machine wouldn't take money.

Disliked: Staff response to problem. Homeless folks living in parking lot doing drugs. Size of bathroom. Bed was never changed from last person. Hot breakfast was all microwave food. Dog barking in room next door all night. Had to ask for towels, tp, tissues. Will never be staying here again!

It did the deal for...

Liked: The flexibility for in-person check-in was great! I was at a festival all day and so didn't get to the hotel until much later than I'd originally thought... so I kept communicating on the app.
Disliked: Most everything was fine. The breakfast didn't have any decaf coffee which was a bummer. Some of the light switches in the room (the one right by the door) didn't seem to turn anything on. I never figured out what it went to. The floor had a bubble/wripple in it going toward the bathroom that was odd, but everything was clean which is of top interest.

Liked: They had a pool that had the gym the breakfast
Disliked: No eggs and grits with the breakfast that's what my dad wanted it

Liked: The room was dirty the sheets smelled like dogs the shower walls were nasty
