Disliked: Elevator didn't work; not enough seating for breakfast.

I will definitely stay here again next time I come to a concert!

Liked: The location was fine, but the breakfast was OK. The beds and the pillows was hard uncomfortable.
Disliked: Invest in better beads and pillows then everything would be better. Comfort is the most important thing.

Horrible

Liked: The bed was made up with clean sheets on top but when I changed the covers blood was on the under sheet. Room smelled like mold, roaches in room. The manager did let us change rooms.
Disliked: The staff was nice

Liked: Good area, the women at the desk was nice bit the new guy was exactly that the new guy.
Disliked: That I was misled . I spacificly called and asked if they had a working pool and then paid went to the pool o ly to be told no it was the whole reason for my trip. The only reason I was renting any hotel room was that reason and they did not provide it the breakfast was decent.

Liked: The customer service of rhe employees were nice.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room smelled like wet dog. There was hair onnthe walls and doors. The tub needs to be refinished and shower walls scrubbed. There was only 2 working outlets in the room.

Liked: The staff who I did interact with was nice
Disliked: The doors for the rooms don’t seal at all. The bottom and top show and can hear everything in the hall way. The vending machines, all the snacks look old or have been there for a while. I requested early check in and was approved but when I arrived they said they are not doing that. So a phone call beforehand would have been nice. The elevator was really dirty. I never tried breakfast so cannot comment on that

Liked: Breakfast was great! And pool cool and clean
Disliked: The fact that we could flush our toilet even after staff came in and fixed the issue. Made using bathroom difficult and uncomfortable. After it gets plunged should be able to flush but nothing would flush not even urine. Having to use lobby bathroom the entire week was annoying and wasn't offered to switch the room. Sink and shower wouldn't work some days almost seemed they were having plumbing issues with water.
