Disliked: Elevator didn't work; not enough seating for breakfast.

I will definitely stay here again next time I come to a concert!

Liked: The fact that i had a place to sleep .
Disliked: The hot water didn’t work in my first room. They brought a maintenance man who after Hours was awake again to buy my shower starting on its own at seven in the morning. I was told that it usually comes on if the sink is running. But I was asleep and I didn’t touch anything. Then they changed my room and there was an open packet of “honey” ( the kind ppl use for sexual activities) behind my stack of towels. I emailed them the photos and someone came to clean.. the breakfast isn’t nothing. Just disappointed at this place because i stay with this brand often. ( i can’t post the video of the broken barroom doorknob but the have it via email

Liked: The pool was good for the kids! Staff was friendly
Disliked: We had to change rooms due to TV not working right and the new room the beds were so uncomfortable my back hurts every morning when I woke up! The rooms are small and housekeeping never came in a changed our beds like we asked 3x! We ended up going and getting the new sheets and made it ourselves!

Liked: Location to Norfolk and VA Beach
Disliked: Walkway smelled of marijuana on second floor. Hallway was in need of a vacuum. Inside our room housekeeping was very poor. The bare minimum effort. Free breakfast was fine but always ran out of spoon and forks.
