I will definitely stay here again next time I come to a concert!

The worst hotel experience I’ve...

Liked: Breakfast was free. Check in/out was quick and to the point which is nice when you travel
Disliked: It smelled cigarette smoke and weed in my room every night. The other patrons were loud but honestly I don’t blame them - I blame the paper thin walls. I could hear what tv show people were watching at a normal volume. The bathroom ceiling was literally falling apart. My husband found a roach in the tub. The room smelled stale and like mildew. The beds felt like two twins shoved together. Housekeeping didn’t make the bed or clean anything when they came to out room.

Not my most favorite stay...

Liked: The girl working front desk was very kind and always had a smile, she did her best to help with what she could.
Disliked: The Internet was not working correctly, which I brought to the front desk more than once. When I first turned on water in the room, it was discolored, had ants in the bathroom. Due to construction, lots of noise made it hard to relax at times.

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and the shower did not drain properly. Also, the door was hard to open and close, we had to slam it shut. The hotel was outdated.

Disliked: someone literally peed in the elevator, my room smelled like horrible mold the whole time, it was not clean when i came to check in and the pool is ridiculously small
