Liked: tbh the two managers made it better when i arrive to the hotel i didn't like the experience in my room had needles and i hate i was in a room that a creak head was in the closet had cloth in it and it was dirty had to sleep in a dirty bed for 2 days ask for refund didn't get nun after i told them my room dirty and i ask if they can send a cleaner and had no microwave or fridge it was so bad tbh yall need to stop renting rooms to crack head like its giving the hotel is for crack heads or thugs the first time i ever visit was back in 2024 was for to see my girlfriend and my mom came with me it was nice but now all i see is crack heads and feens and the pool is dirty never got the chance to enjoy the pool and i've visit the la quinta hotel 5 times and am from the uk am from all the way uk come to this hotel i only pick it cuz its close to my girlfriend house but lucky the 2 manager made the experience better the short lady with the eye enjury shes the best and the other tall lady both of them really made it better without them it would of been bad so shout out to them
Disliked: i didn't like that i had to sleep in a dirty room for 2 days after i told worker need my room clean cuz its dirty the crack heads left their cloth in the room and the toilet paper had needles in it tbh yall really need to make a side for crack head and normal people i almost had to sue the hotel because if i had use that toilet paper and it effect me my family would sue and it wouldn't be good cuz am from a government family so plz i hope you fix all the problems

Disliked: I had a room with a smile and bugs, then I was changed to another one didn't have face towels A/C wasn't working in the second room I was told it was when I was hot in that room don't appreciate it the pool was drity never got to swim the reason I was there because my A/C was broken and to swim waste of time and money very unhappy
