Liked: The staff was satisfactory; however, to be honest, they did not demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
Disliked: The rooms were terrible. Dead roaches littered the floor, with multiple stains on the beds and carpet, and there was broken furniture. I'm not exaggerating; it was truly unbelievable.

Disliked: Reserve a king size bed and was given a room with two queen beds,,the air conditioner didn't blow cool air, and the refrigerator and microwave had electric problems.

Liked: You have dove products
Disliked: It stunk everytime we came in like stale air, air filter needs changed or something. Sooo bad it makes you nauseous!!!

If you have good money...

Liked: They had a pool which was what we really wanted.
Disliked: They weren’t very clean the room smelled very bad, we never did receive towels even though we were told we would get some. Also the employees weren’t very welcoming. The elevator doesn’t work. Overall I would never stay here again.
