Disliked: The fact that the sink had a small leak i had too call the front desk for a small bucket and also that the ac unit either need too be replaced or clean properly too work properly my room was hot from after noon too night time respectfully some things was not mention that was not working properly on the ad for booking this room respectfully I understand now why the price for this hotel was so cheap and reasonable

Disliked: It's way to high for the dirty rooms, the dirty pool. It needs to BADLY renovated the entire property does. Some unbelievable things going on at this property. Went to collect our receipts my husband's name was changed on 2 of them when we called to use our rewards points there was nine on there yet we've been between Ramada and Laquinta everyday since June 11, 2025 so we're supposed to have big big points at least 4 free nights between the two of us. Yet the morning front desk guy refused to give me my receipts, we finally figured it was because he had changed my husband's name and he used the same conf # on two bookings and he charged me $72 & $48 in one night. Harry is really cool, very understanding and goes out of his way to accommodate you. REDDY is wishy washy he is snake he is the one doing all this shit with the receipts and charges and points. The first day we got here we waited 32 hours for towels then we sweat bad for 2 nights because our AC was froze and has mold n mildew in it. The toilet would t flush, the shower was broken, the TV wiring is bad so it didn't work for a whole day n night, the light above the vanity is broken the night stand drawer fell apart, we entered the room and it had never been clean from the previous guest and I fell off the toilet because the toilet seat broke off SMDH". U HAVE VIDEOS AND PICS MY HUSBAND SWEEPING ALL THE TRASH UP FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. THE ROOM REAKS OF MILDEW AND MOLD. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED TO SWITCH ROOMS OR TO BE COMPED A NIGHT OR TWO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. YET WE PAY $80 PER NIGHT JUST AS EVERY OTHR GUEST DOES AND LOTERALLY FOR JUST A BED WE HAD NO OTHER AMENITIES THAT EVERYONE ELSE HAS. TO TOP IT ALL OFF 2: DIFFERENT MALE EMPLOYEES CAME INTO OUR ROOM JUST AS I WAS OUT THE SHOWER IN JJUST MY UNDERCLOTHES THEY ENTERED OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING TWO MORNINGS IN A ROW.

Disliked: The staff all had their own set of rules. Two days in a row the staff just walked into our room without knocking... We were bothered each day since we've been here. We went without towels the first 32 hours being there. Many other reasons
