Could of been better, morning...

Liked: It was okay,but could of been better. My room key wasnt working it wasn’t working for a-lot of the 9 rooms we rented. Front desk had to come by everytime we stepped out ( man in night shift was very friendly) But the lady in the morning was rude !! Always had an attitude for everything we had a question about and while everyone is trying to get breakfast shes right behind you trying to to clean and telling you what not to do and what todo, an older lady asked if there was more coffee and her response was ,” There should be i filled it up early in the morning !” Very unprofessional seem as she didnt like her job was always with an attitude! When i checked out i called because i was charged a deposit twice for each room! She was just loud and rude over the phone saying that it was my bank that took more money then what the deposit due to being a 3rd party bank WHICH was NOT the case .I have bank of america ! Confirmed with my bank and it was them!!! Dont recommend at ALL!! One of the shower heads didn’t work had to use a cup to shower ! Just alot of defects and morning staff isn’t friendly at all!
