La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Orleans Downtown

We enjoyed everything else around...

Liked: The location was perfect staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The carpet was nasty, everything smelled like weed, the pool was disgusting, the pillows sucked, the coffee in the dispensers was almost cold, and the worst part was that when we unloaded they said there was only a few carts and they never even offered to go get us one after we asked for one so we had to struggle getting to our room killing our arms and necks to get our things all there in one trip.

Liked: the bar and lounge was nice
Disliked: so i had to pay more money when i arrived there. after my booking said i had nothing to pay at the hotel location. then had to pay $150 deposit! i asked for a wheelchair accessible room and didn’t get it. the air conditioner didn’t work and it was hot! the young lady at the front desk for check in was rude! for no reason

My 1st stay in New...

Liked: The location was great. Morning breakfast was a plus...service was prompt when asked.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact I had to call every day for garbage to be pulled. I understand not giving clean towels and changing the bedding daily; but trash needs to be picked up daily with replenished bags.

Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable, only one elevator worked, no control over the kids or people holding up elevator and not drying off from the pool.
