Disappointing

Liked: Location was prime!
Disliked: No parking. 40$ per day no good. My room was extremely hot didn't rest well at all! 😞

Disappointing

Liked: The room wasn't that bad.
Disliked: Limited breakfast options, the elevators left a lot of room for improvement. Had to pay almost as much for parking as the room!

Very good

Liked: Comfortable rooms, great location, nice view from a room (14th floor), and a decent breakfast.
Disliked: The sink didn’t drain properly. You have to request towel changes and trash bin cleaning.

Never again

Liked: The Breakfast was awful, there was only one worker and she was very overwhelmed. It showed in her attitude and the way she handled the customer's. There were so many items not available for Breakfast . Not pleased
Disliked: The hotel is in a very convenient stop with affordable parking next door,where the hotel charges 50.00 for parking. Our room a/c was out called the front desk there was no answer. The attendant was outside talking. Mantinanc came to fix the problem but the room was still hot. We was not offered a different room or anything. The bedding was very worn, there was holes in the sheets. This just was not a good stay, the beds were soft, pillows hard. I will not be back

It could be a very...

Liked: It was affordable. Quiet and had breakfast .
Disliked: Pillowcase had blood stains on it that dripped right over to the sheet in a matching streak. so it was obvious the sheets were not changed .. hair dryer didn’t work. We had three people but were given 2 wash clothes and then down to just one. Room had a cooktop and nice fridge but no pot, or utinsel to cook with.
