My stay was great !...

Liked: I loved most of the staff.
Disliked: I didn’t like the assistant manager . She had a terrible attitude. I expressed that my room had no air since the first day I arrived and she caught an attitude with me and looked me up and down . -0 wouldn’t recommend staying here if your black. The manager seems white washed. Colorist , being she was a black woman herself . The general manager cleared the situation up for me really well . But that woman shouldn’t be a manager of nothing! Not even McDonald’s . Terrible attitude terrible management skills . The rest of the team was phenomenal.

Liked: Close to The quarter. Lots of restaurants near
Disliked: Staff was unfriendly and very dry. I was asking the front desk clerk questions and she was not answering me and acting like I was bothering her. The whole staff at check in was very dry and rude except the younger lady who sold excursions. She was the only one who acted professionally. Housekeeping knocked once and opened my door at9:34 am. I was nude… Totally unacceptable!

Decent stay for quick layover...

Liked: Easy access to bourbon st and major attractions
Disliked: Shower pressure was slow and water slow to drain

Liked: The location was fantastic for everything we needed
Disliked: The staff was really short with us and nobody there looks pleasant or helpful. Also they weren’t.
