La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Haven

Disliked: Someone tried to get into our room during the night. If we didn't have the security bar across the door, they would've been able to because they had a key. When my husband brought it up to the front desk, they said "Sorry. That was our manager checking the rooms." What?! Insane. Awful experience.

Liked: Not much. It was bad all around.
Disliked: Internet didn't work. TV didn't have signal. You could hear the highway all night so no sleep. Beds were small. They were renovating and didn't say anything until the day of so we couldn't cancel. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 7th floor. For breakfast the drinks were frozen.

Liked: Very friendly staff, close to train/bus station
Disliked: Basin was broken; breakfast room too small for so many people; elevator didn’t work

Dissapointed

Disliked: Renovations, stained gross couch in the suit. No soap in bathroom.

Stay somewhere else.

Liked: Location close to Yale.
Disliked: Under construction with dust everywhere and broken floor tiles. Sink in room had black scum and shower curtain rod mounted poorly.

Liked: The room was a good size Beds and pillows were comfortable Nice view of the warf
Disliked: Elevator was out of order and we were on the 6th floor Couch looked dirty and had a tearOnly 1 chair in the room Trash bins are way too small
