La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Haven

Disliked: Someone tried to get into our room during the night. If we didn't have the security bar across the door, they would've been able to because they had a key. When my husband brought it up to the front desk, they said "Sorry. That was our manager checking the rooms." What?! Insane. Awful experience.

Disliked: Website stated at outdoor pool when we got on site there is no Poole it was taken out and I had children with me. He put me in a really bad spot.

Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Disliked: The TV did not work. Long black hair was so over the room, including the towels. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Air conditioner was difficult to navigate. Hotel was under construction and that was no disclosed when booking. Maintenance person was very nice and tried to fix the TV but was unable to. He also tried to switch it room but the front desk staff told him there was no other room available. No manager on duty to assist.

Disliked: Being refurbed so difficult to review the breakfast was below average the toaster knob broken and totally inadequate for the job . No juice or water available staff so slow at topping items up . Only one lift working

Disliked: The property was very run down. In the middle of renovations, however the price I paid was not worth what I got at all. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The bed was half haphazardly made. There was mold on the bathtub caulking. Booked this room for a quick overnight stay, and hotels were booked in the away is the only reason I stayed the night.

Disliked: The room was horrible no phone in the and they told me to dial 0 for somebody to access the elevator for me the bathroom need to clean properly too
