Disliked: TV did not work

Pretty nice but the bedding...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: Overall pretty nice, but the sheets were the most pill-balled sheets I’ve ever slept on, very uncomfortable. Also, I’m about 90% sure there were bedbugs. I had a couple bites on my arm that I had a reaction to (I got bites at another hotel in the past and the reacted the same way) and later found a smashed bug on my toiletry case.

Dingy facilities

Liked: It had an elevator
Disliked: The landscaping was overgrown and needed weeded. Reservation was for 2 queen beds. The mattresses on the bed frames were full size. The pillows -not pillow cases-were stained.

Would stay again

Liked: It was very clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited

Disappointing

Liked: Finding, parking and checking in all went well. The breakfast bar was sufficient.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the bathroom and I found dead bed bugs under the mattress. It made me wonder if there were more alive in the room. We kept our luggage closed and on the desk.

Liked: BED WAS GOOD
Disliked: POOL COLD, NOT CIRCULATING. HOT TUB COLD, NOT WORKING. BOTH BATHROOMS BY POOL OUT OF ORDER. BATHROOM BY OFFICE OUT OF ORDER, ICE MACHINE ON 3RD FLOOR OUT OF ORDER, ICE MACHINE ON 2ND FLOOR NOT WORKING ALL OF THE TIME.

Don’t stay here if you...

Disliked: My bed-most uncomfortable in my life, no toilet paper, horrible customer service, barely any breakfast options, ceiling leaking, sticky elevator floor. It’s obvious whoever owns the property doesn’t really care about the place or want to put any money or effort into the place. Although it was only $100 to stay.
