Liked: Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

It was rough

Disliked: Construction at all times of the day. House keeping never came. Construction crew walks in your room with out notice.

Liked: Friendly staff at front desk.
Disliked: It’s not properly cleaned. The bedding was dirty, the floors were dirty. The cleaning staff does not know how to clean properly. There was hair, crumbs and spills in the beds, countertops, and on floor. There is a lot of health and safety violations going on. Along with a remodel construction debris everywhere for you to walk through and breathe in. It was apparent they never hired professional construction cleaners to come in after the remodel to clean up.

I would not choose to...

Liked: The room looked like it was recently renovated and better than I expected. The pillows were some of the best I have come across in a hotel in recent years.
Disliked: It looked like renovations were occurring and the workers were not very tidy. The breakfast area was not attended and was messy. There wasn't really any decent protein options. The tables were also in need of cleaning. The fitness area was being used to house supplies for updates to the room and not available for guests to utilize. The staff were ambivalent and not engaging with guests.

Disliked: The coffee maker was missing a piece so no coffee in the room. The coffee from the breakfast area had no taste to it. The free breakfast was not as described to be. We went to Cracker Barrel next door.

Liked: room and staff were great
Disliked: one ice machine on third floor for entire hotel. snack machine out of order. juice machine at breakfast out of order. garbage can in hall for dripping pipe. paint and drywall covered the hallways. pool was ice cold.
