Liked: I cannot say enough about the staff. They are such an amazing group especially the front desk. They were always smiling, very polite, make you feel welcome and did not hesitate to do what they could to make your stay special. You can tell they really care about their guest.
Disliked: There wasn't a very big selection on the menu to choose from. I found it hard to decide what we were doing for dinner as we didn't know who we could order dinner from, who would deliver etc.

We would stay here again

Liked: We like the location to downtown Nashville. Close enough for a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute Uber ride. The hotel is clean and we'll organized. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Not much to say here, two small items, a bulb was out in the desk lamp and the tub/shower drain was a bit slow. These certainly are not deal breakers and can be easily remedied by hotel maintenance.

Liked: The property was in a perfect location for the reasons we were visiting, which was a concert at Nissan Stadium.
Disliked: The only two things that were not great (and one of them being no fault of the hotel) was the construction noise from a new stadium being built right across the street from the property, and the loud noise of the interstate from our room because we were on that side of the property. Hazard of the location.
