Liked: It was just me and my sister and I was nervous for our safety traveling hours away, but this hotel is in a great location. We felt safe. The staff was so nice and helpful, and everything was super clean. I

Nice staff and comfy room.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; nice comfy room; whilst an odd location easy to walk to Downtown; coffee and tea available all day; gym.
Disliked: Very noisy due to the location being right by the interstate (staff aware this is an issue but unfortunately not much they can do); Our room wasn't cleaned on 2/3 mornings we were there and, despite being reassured it would get cleaned after the first time it happened, it wasn't; breakfast pretty poor and not much choice plus the same every day.

This stay was amazing!

Liked: The location is 3 minutes from the middle of downtown Nashville so we were close but not in the middle of the craziness. The breakfast was so good! There is such a good range of quality options. Valet was very prompt.
Disliked: One of the female receptionists has a nasty tone when I called the front desk about the location of the pool, but I dont take much offense because I know customer service can be overwhelming but I would have appreciated a nicer tone.

Liked: I loved the location, easy access to downtown Nashville, about 1 mile to the center of Nashville. Right across from the stadium.Janice (night clerk ) was a dream loved her, wonderful. The gentleman working the bar Friday night(wish I would have gotten his name) I want to say thank you a million times over for getting my husband's phone after he left it at the bar. To the Security guard working Friday night I hope you get a raise you deserve it, thank you for taking the time to look for my drunk husband. Lol To the management of this property you should train all of your employees like these three. They took the time and the care for me and my husband two complete strangers, but help both of us out when they did NOT need or have too. For thank I thank and bless all three of you!!
Disliked: How loud it was being right off the highway. How you could head every door open and close. How you could hear people walking up and down the hallway. How you could hear people talking in the hallways, in the rooms. But also to be fair, there was alot of weddings, and Soccer stuff going off so the people where being g extra loud, so maybe on normal nights you can't hear as much. I would most definitely stay again. The hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. Restaurant with great food, bar with great staff, breakfast with delicious food. Valet who is polite, professional, and prompt, a pool which I heard was great. Like I said just the sound was the only down fall for me.
