This hotel is convenient; clean; in a good area of town.

Good location and easy access to where we were going.

Liked: The stay was average. Only complaint is the hotel smelled like smoke. Also, our room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke too. My husband and I don't smoke and non-smokers should not have to deal with that issue. But the room was very clean.
Disliked: Smelled like smoke.

Liked: We weren’t able to stay at the property.
Disliked: The property was evidently undergoing renovations which they did not mention at the time of booking. We were informed the afternoon of arrival they were remodeling and without air conditioning. When we arrived at the property we were given two room keys and told to pick which was the better of the two. When we entered via the side door we noticed the outside doors had no locks and didn’t shut all the way. When we went to the 4th floor on the elevator and the door opened there was no ceiling tiles no floors no windows no trim and no locks on the doors. The carpet and tiles that were visible were disgusting. When we opened the room they wanted us to stay in there was blood on the sink. At that point, out of horror and disgust, we proceeded back to floor 1 via elevator and made it clear we would not being staying here.

Liked: They canceled my daughter's reservation I don't know if you are aware but they have been under complete renovation for 5 months according to the very bad reviews and have been canceling reservation after they book them and then tell people that the credit card company has to give them their money back.I paid for 5 nights for many daughter and have not gotten my money back.I guess I am going to sue them big time
