This hotel is convenient; clean; in a good area of town.

Liked: Location, very clean room, good breakfast
Disliked: None.

Good location and easy access to where we were going.

Liked: The stay was average. Only complaint is the hotel smelled like smoke. Also, our room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke too. My husband and I don't smoke and non-smokers should not have to deal with that issue. But the room was very clean.
Disliked: Smelled like smoke.

Disliked: The facility was was under construction and no one told me and the rooms were all Hot because of the construction

Liked: Bad location. Too much renovation going on
Disliked: Construction was not listed when I booked the hotel. Very noisy. On the 5th floor and no other room was available on the floor. Water dripping all night.

Make sure renovations are done...

Liked: Staff was wonderful after checking in late and loads of complaints he managed really well. Bed was comfortable, room, although dated was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that coffee was available 24/7 was a bonus. Shared lounge facilities were also great. Free airport shuttle was a bonus
Disliked: They said they were doing renovations and there may be noise from 7am-7pm, but nothing prepared us for the mess and absolute disgusting stage they were at outside our room. The Aircon didn't work, (the air pipes were going out to our boxed in balcony) which meant the room was like a hot box, so we actually slept with our door open to the hallway as that was cooler, just as well there were no other guests. We waited at the airport for 2 hours after unsuccessfully trying to contact hotels for pick up
