Terrible stay

Disliked: The room smelled musty and the staff was rude. Why be in the hospitality industry if you’re just going to have a nasty attitude? Do not expect to get an invoice even if you request it through the app.

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: I had to wait 1-1/2 hours for a shuttle from the airport to the motel. I called twice to ask about it. On the second call, the staff stated she had to call and tell the shuttle driver I was waiting. In the morning, I asked if the shuttle was on time (5:30a) at 5:00a and was told yes. About 5:20, I asked again and was told they were already out front loading. I think the use of the shuttle service should be explained a bit better.
