Liked: The facilities are good.
Disliked: I don’t like that I stayed 3 days and nobody clean my room, when o asked to do it they said they don’t have enough staff. Also the room lamp light did not turn on. The staff Marcus from front office was so nice and kind. I can’t say the same about the others front desk. Angela from breakfast so nice and kind too.

Disliked: I find four cockroaches in the room, 2 in the bathroom, 1 over the small desk, and 1 in my travel back. That freaks me out so much that I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Your need to fix this issue and he is very important for people safety. Please looks into this matter and I know for sure I am not the first person to report this.
