I really think the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area was a excellent server. So I left her a $20 tip.
Disliked: One of the things I did not like about the property was the fact that the elevator does not work and they need to change the pillows in the room because the pillow still smell like someone else body odor, the sheets on the bed they were not clean, I was gone all day on Saturday. Nobody checked my room, made the bed or cleaned my room. I was kind of disappointed about that also.

Liked: The breakfast was good, the lady in charge was very friendly. They could improve the space a bit.
Disliked: The elevator broke down and I was in a state of disrepair throughout my stay. All I was thinking about was the disabled. For such a large hotel chain, they should provide solutions as quickly as possible. At no point did she come to clean my room or provide extras like soap, towels, or toilet paper.

Decent value for money stopover.

Liked: The free breakfast was decent and a nice bonus. Facilities and location were good. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Staff could have cleaned up some mess on the stairway landing a bit quicker after it was pointed out. someone had chucked food everywhere and it was still there an hour later. Our room done was ajar when we arrived - we put it down to a stiff door closer but it was a bit unnerving when we checked the room.
