Disliked: The whole place. It was a mess and it isn’t the staff’s fault. They could only do so much. The owner needs to redo the place.

Wouldn't let my dog stay...

Disliked: From the moment I stepped into the lobby it was a huge mistake as I was trying to check in and it was 3 hours after check in and was told I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes but never disclosed to what was going on The room was nasty with stains everywhere and the air conditioner didn't work and I couldn't get anyone at the front desk as it was too late and had to leave a message sheets seemed to have been changed but didn't risk it as with everything else that I found in that room I wasn't taking the chance Also no smoking was a joke as if it wasn't cigarettes it was something else being smoked in that hotel
